This
is a collection of BR locomotives for BVE. The collection currently
includes classes 20, 37, 40, 47, 50, 52, 55 and 87. Many of these locos
use engine and horn samples, as well as cab and loco photographs,
recorded and taken by Andy Slater (BR
Diesel Web) - who has very kindly granted permission for these
files to be included with the locomotives. The 'Train.dat' files
included with classes 20, 37, 40, 50, 52, 55 and 87 were originally
created by Paul Robins.
The collection now includes a Class 47 by
Simon Townsend, Robert Glass and myself, featuring an excellent horn
sample by Andy Slater.
The latest addition is the Class 56
originally by Phillip Mackay, updated by Robert Glass and myself,
featuring an excellent horn sampled from a recording by Andy Slater.
All the 'Train.dat' files have been edited or checked, to ensure there
are no problems with excessive wheel-slip when these locos are used with
certain routes in BVE2. All locos have been updated with 'slamming door'
sounds, and guards whistle samples by
Alan Perryman.

fantastic animated panel updates for the Class 37, 50 and 55 'Deltic'.
